How can I open a Peabody Supply charge account?
Call our Accounts Receivable department at (978) 839-2208 or click CREDIT APPLICATION. Please fax your completed and signed copy of this application to Jannette Santos at (978)532-3753.
Do you offer delivery services?
Customers with charge accounts receive FREE local delivery.
How can I reprint a Peabody Supply invoice or statement?
INVOICE GATEWAY is Peabody Supply’s on-line tool for viewing, printing and downloading both invoices & statements from the web. It’s available to all charge customers. To enroll, simply click the REGISTER FOR INVOICE GATEWAY button to the left.
Where can I go to pay my bill in person?
Payments on account can be made in person at any of our branches.
Should my customers make an appointment before visiting The Bath Showcase?
While appointments are not required, they are very helpful, especially for large projects. We want to make sure your customers do not wait unnecessarily and make sure we block off enough time to complete their project comfortably.
I opened my charge account at the Peabody location; can I use it at other branches?
Yes, customers with charge accounts can purchase product at any of our branches.
In emergency situations can I get access to product after hours?
Yes, contact your Salesman or Branch Manager directly when you encounter emergency situations. We will do everything we can to get you operational and back to the job-site as soon as possible.
Can I order product on-line?
ORDER GATEWAY is Peabody Supply’s new on-line service allowing customers to place orders as well as check pricing & availability over the web. It is available to all customers with charge accounts. ORDER GATEWAY will be coming soon.
What free services does Peabody Supply offer?
We have heating specialists on staff, many with Master Plumbing licenses who supply free heat/loss analysis, job estimation services and on-site troubleshooting. Please do not hesitate to contact your salesman or branch manager to utilize any of these services.
