Frequently Asked Questions
the Bath Showcase General Tips Things to Know FAQ

Should I make an appointment before coming to the The Bath Showcase?
While appointments are not required, they are very helpful, especially for large projects. We want to make sure you don't wait unnecessarily and make sure we block off enough time to complete your project comfortably.

Once selections are made with my sales person, will everything automatically be ordered?
Do not mistake product selection for ordering product.  If you are purchasing the product directly from us, the quote will not be converted into a sales order until a payment is made. You will receive a Deposit Receipt with the amount of your payment and order number on it

If your Plumbing or Building Contractor is purchasing product on your behalf, make sure an authorized representative from their company contacts us to covert the quote into a sales order. No one is authorized to order product on an account except for the owner of that account.

Once my product is ordered, when will my selections get to The Bath Showcase?
While we stock millions of dollars worth of inventory available for immediate delivery, standard lead-times for special order plumbing materials is 4-6 weeks. We would rather your product sits in our warehouse an extra week or two, than to disrupt the timing of your job.

How can I tell if everything will come in as I thought I ordered?
Review quotes carefully: We will order product exactly as shown on your quote. Due to the cryptic nature of part numbers and descriptions, please don't hesitate to ask for further explanation.

What if I need further information, but my sales person is not available?
Sales Team, not salesperson: After you have made your product selections, anyone in our company can help you turn you quote into a sales-order, check the status of your order, schedule delivery, or answer general questions regarding product. Please do not feel obligated to speak with your original salesperson; we foster a non commissioned team environment to better serve you.

Do you deliver? How does that work?
We offer free local delivery on our own fleet of trucks. All deliveries are curbside only and require someone to be on the job site to accept delivery. For insurance reasons, drivers will not enter a customer home under any circumstances.

What if I see something in a magazine and want to order a product on that idea?
A picture says a thousand words: Cut out that picture of your dream kitchen or bath and bring it with you. We want to help you realize your dreams.

What information do you need from me on a small bathroom remodel job?
If you hire an architect please bring a set of your plans with you to the Bath Showcase.  If not, it is very helpful if you sketch a basic floor-plan so we can help you co-ordinate your layout. It is also helpful to meet with your plumbing contractor to establish any mechanical boundaries/constraints before visiting us.

What measurements will I need to bring to The Bath Showcase?
Generally speaking, when choosing a kitchen sink you will need to know the size of the sink-base cabinet. You will also need to know your countertop material and the width of your back-splash. When choosing a toilet you will need to know the measurement from the back finished wall to the first set of bolts or center of the drain hole. Dimensions, of course, for all other fixtures including (but not limited to!) showers, tubs, whirlpools, lavs and faucets. It is always helpful to have as many measurements and drawings of the room(s) or space available for your special project!
